The product

Sidekick42 is an AI workspace (chat, feed, goals, and related tools). Features can change. Plans mainly differ by how many actions you get.

Your account

You’re responsible for what happens under your login. Don’t break the product, bypass limits/billing, or use it for anything illegal or harmful.

Your content & AI

You own what you put in. We need permission to host and process it so the app works (including sending relevant bits to AI providers). AI output can be wrong — check anything important.

Billing

Paid plans and renewals go through our billing provider. Action balances and plan details live under Account in the app.

As-is

The service is provided as-is. We’re not liable for indirect damages from using it, to the extent the law allows.
